Returns and Exchanges
All sales are final on vintage, custom, and handmade/made-to-order items.
Vintage and reworked vintage products are sold “as is”. Vintage is pre-loved which means they are subject to imperfections (missing buttons, small stains/holes, etc) but we inspect every piece closely to ensure quality remains consistent and you get a piece in the best condition possible. We will list ALL defects if any so please make sure to read the description thoroughly. You assume the responsibility for your purchase and no refunds will be issued. Items are authentic vintage and are subject to imperfections.
All custom orders are final. If purchasing custom, your item is created and processed in the order it was received. Please allow 10-15 business days to receive tracking (may be sooner based on volume). If you need to make any changes, they need to be done within 24 hours by email at firstname.lastname@example.org. In the event you need your item quicker than the allotted time frame, there will be a $50 upcharge to your order.
All items are washed or dry cleaned to ensure the overall safety of our clients due to COVID-19.
ORDER PROCESSING TIMES
Orders will go out every Tuesday and Thursday. Orders typically take 5-7 business days to process before they are shipped and may take longer based on the cleaning needs of each item. Holidays and Weekends are excluded. Please keep this in mind before ordering. There is a chance that the processing time will be longer than 5-7 business during Sales/Holidays. Also with the current state of USPS, please be patient. If you have not received tracking within that window, please email email@example.com
ALL DOMESTIC ORDERS ARE SHIPPED VIA USPS. Orders typically take 2-3 business days to arrive - Inclement weather, distance from sender, or a variety of other unforeseen circumstances may make this time longer. Once you have your tracking, please contact USPS with any issues with delivery times. Only some orders are applicable for express shipping. To inquire if your order is applicable, please email INFO@STYLEHOUSETUESDAY.COM before placing your order. If you suspect your item has been mis-delivered or lost -- PLEASE put in a claim with USPS BEFORE sending an email to INFO@STYLEHOUSETUESDAY.COM. We cannot assist with lost or delayed packages without a claim number.
